As far as we have been told, "no" to all of those
questions. However, we are not really very impressed
with our new vet and their ferret knowledge. Maybe
there is something she missed.
Our previous vet, Dr. Barbara Deeb, passed away some
months ago. She was a contributor to veterinary
textbooks regarding ferrets, rabbits and rodents, so
we miss her a lot.
