Hi
Hind leg weakness is a symptom of insulinoma. I have a ferret with it and if he gets
weak hind legs its a sign for me that his blood sugar is low and i'd give him a bit of
glucose. But if this happening all the time, I'd say that the effectiveness of the Pred is
no longer so good. I'd speak to your vet about increasing the dose or adding diazoxide
aswell.
My ferret is on both drugs and is doing very well after Pred was not effective.
