Joanne,
Thank you so much for helping the rest of us with your research. I would like to see your results which may impact my situation...
My vet is very progressive and when my ferret, Cecil, got blackheads on his tail, he wanted to try the implant...I decided against it because of my research and instead used special shampoo on it which got rid of them.
However, if it occurs again, my vet strongly advises the implant.
At any rate, know your little one is helping many of us! ...and that she is now in a wonderful place!!
