My Vet orders from Professional Arts Pharmacy and has no problems. We are using the 2 mg 4 month depot for a 4 lb male with great results. Recent cost was $209. My vet doesn't mark it up and only charges me a $16. injection fee.
I do have a question since Mike mentioned the 1 and 2 mg depots.
My little 1.5 lb female will be getting the 4 month depot since she has already had her left adrenal out and is now showing signs again. Which means it is probably her right adrenal.
My question is: Is anyone using the smaller 1 mg depot for a smaller ferret? Or does size of the ferret matter in regards to the dosage? I know there is no evidence of overdose with Lupron.
