I have used the 4-month, 1 mg dose exclusively and have had excellent results. I have never seen 1 mg not work, including in Beasley, who was over 4 pounds. I don't think weight is a major factor.

I also recommend that dosage to quite a few people and the ones that have remained in contact have reported that it works just as well for their ferrets. I have never heard from anyone that said 1 mg didn't work and moving to the 2 mg dose turned that around.
