That's far too young, the kits should be weaned before leaving their mother.
Although they start on solids around 3 weeks they still suckle up to around
6.
My kits start to open their eyes at day 21 or 22, I've never had a ferret
kit that did not have both eyes open by day 28. It seems cat milk may
seriously retard kit development. I've raised kits from 21 days old when I
lost their mother but at that age they start on raw meat, eggs and cows milk
anyway. Chris
