Subject: [ferrethealth] Cutaneous lymphoma
To: "ferret health list" <ferrethealth@smartgroups.com>
I just took in a couple of 2 year old males. The sable has a large lump of
cutaneous lymphoma on his hip area and several smaller lumps here and there.
They were originally in a home where the first owners smoked cigarettes and
other substances.
The other ferret has no problems. Two questions- would the smoke have had
anything to do with causing the lymphoma, and is it likely that the other
will likely get anything from the lumpy boy?
