Yes, that would be from the anti-inflammatory effect, I think.
Your vet will likely want to try oral Prednisolone and then adjust the dose as needed while watching for improvements over time. The vet may or may not choose to then work on decreasing the dose once there is control to find the minimal amount that gives control.
