They appear to postdate the vet texts I have so those are no help, and only part of the info you wanted was in the archives, though there are more posts there which may help you. I thought that Propecia dosing was available in the Archives but did not find it. I can't find Casodex dosing, but I found an Arimidex posting but do not know if the dose mentioned was based upon an individual's given weight in a previous post.
These archive posts will interest you. Remember that the Lupron to which he is referring is Lupron Depot. Both Dr. Murray and Mike Janke have provided excellent posts (Mike's carrying over info from a pharmacology researcher of Lupron) explaining why the 24 hour Lupron can be counter-productive:
