Yes, it is a kibble type diet. It is supplemented with whole rabbit. I get a whole one and chop it up and freeze it so they get a bit each day.
It's so hard here as ferret products are not readily available. I would have to order ferretone over the net. The baby foods here are pretty much all vegetable based...the highest meat content is about 5 % which is pretty useless!
Thanks for your reply...my vet is fantastic so we're going to see how we go and work through it trying different things...He has gained about 100 gm over the past 3 days which is positive!
