Subject: [ferrethealth] RE: IBD prednisolone question
We started Theo on oral prednisolone
on Saturday. Just a question about dosage...He's on 0.5ml once a day...concenstration
bein g 1mg per ml. Does that sound like a reasonable starting point?
His stools are still very frequent and light in colour...is that unusual or to be expected?
They did seem to normalise as I said, after he had the shot of pred. He is also still
eating heaps.
He HAS picked up...He was down to 536gm a week and a half ago and is now up to
about 660gm.
Thanks,
Natalie
