More cost-effective isn't the half of it! With four or more blood samples, that's already cheaper than the going rate in the US, and it could be a major boon for any shelter in America which has balked on the price of a full-scale ADV test for their population.
Does anyone have knowledge of the laws behind exporting blood samples into Canada from the US? I found this:

which suggests that it's possible (see rule 51.2).
This is beginning to remind me of the way elderly U.S. citizens take bus trips to Canada for cheaper perscriptions.
