First, I agree with you. 139 b/g isn't insulinoma
unless it's after pred or perhaps a sweet treat was
given.

I agree.

I originally answered the question as asked since it
was a question about insulinoma surgery. I'd
certainly want the insulinoma confirmed (as in
repeated tests showing low blood glucose) before
considering any such step.
