Subject: [ferrethealth] RE: Insulinoma
Well, when you think about it many of the symptoms of insulinoma are pretty general:
exhaustion, hind end weakness, sometimes nausea, sometimes diarrhea, etc.
So the causes can be many depending on what symptoms were seen: lymphoma, carcinoma, heart disease, partial blockage or other GI upset, inflammatory disease or allergy, infection, diabetes, etc.
Things that respond positively to Pred which are not insulinoma include lymphoma, sometimes carcinoma a bit, inflammation, allergies, etc.
It is normal for Pred to increase appetite.
