Subject: [ferrethealth] Romana update (mass in stomach) and blood work posted

Hi, everyone,
Romana is alert and stable this morning. She was force fed duck soup by the vet last night and was given fluids. She still has diarrhea but can go to the litter pan regularly. Her blood work has been posted to the files section on Smartgroup for any vets or experience ferret owners who understand the readings to look at.
The emergency vet didn't feel that she's in danger right now or that immediate surgery is a must. As a result, so long as she looks OK today and tonight, she'll be at her regular vet 7:30 tomorrow morning.
Again, if any of the wonderful vets on list can look at her blood work I'd be grateful.
