Subject: [ferrethealth] Lupron Advice Needed

With eight ill ferrets and a 70 mile round trip to the Vet (we are there
at least twice a month, ) we are trying to do some treatments at home.
Tomorrow we will be giving Lupron injections to three fuzzkids.
We know they have to be administered in the hind muscle in the spinal
area. There is a risk of hitting a kidney and we are aware. There is
little online info re: ferret anatomy so any advice is appreciated.
