Subject: [ferrethealth] Ferret vets near Jacksonville, Florida

I have two questions for any people who care to answer.
1) I've had ferrets for some time, and had one checked up with hair loss. The vet did some tests and said it appears to be insuloma. But I do not see this ferret with any of the classic signs. Am I missing something or is hair loss a sign of insuloma. I was more into thinking it is adrenal disease.
2) anyone have any good experiences with vets for thier ferrets in Jacksonville, Florida? I won't say who I took my animal to but it was less that a happy experience. Maybe the people in that office were having a bad day...
I moved from a different part of Florida where I miss my vet :\
