Subject: [ferrethealth] Insulinoma - feeding times and how much
To: ferrethealth@smartgroups.com

Hi all,

Well I thought I had everything down with how much and when. Well, I was
wrong. Bianca started having problems again early this morning. I had woken up at
2 am and it was only 3 hours, so I went back to sleep and slept a bit longer
than planned and woke up at 5. I went to get Bianca and she was drooling
heavily, probably for at least 30 minutes judging from the dampness of the blanket.

I have been feeding about 1t every 4-6 hours. I do so about 5 times per day.
Even in the middle of the night. I have switched to spoon feeding becasue she
was finally taking baby food on her own.

Should I be feeding something besides baby food? She has her crunchies - 24g
protein. She is a very, very picky eater and hard to change foods. She will
stop eating.

Or will she continue to have episodes on occassion? Just something I need to
be watching for?

Kathy and Bianca.
