Is she on meds? You didn't say. If so, perhaps they need to be adjusted, if not, she should be.

I generally found that two supplemental feedings a day were sufficient if the ferret was eating normal food on his/her own. When they got to the stage where they would no longer eat without being fed, it went to four times a day... every six hours. That worked quite well for mine along with the proper medication. More frequent, smaller meals might be helpful in some cases.
