If the infection gets worse there may be more than one antibiotic given so expect that possibility; we had Meeteetse in that position years ago.
Try to be careful that she gets her meds at pretty much the same times each day so that she doesn't wind up without coverage and give the complete course of meds, but you probably knew those things.
