Perhaps Lupron. Melatonin is not always going to work.

I would consider surgery/ or lupron.
Not all respond to lupron either, but the combo of lupron and
melatonin is the best you can do medically.
The tumor may still not respond medically. Surgery
is a viable option, as long as you have a vet who does the procedure
a lot and is comfortable with it.
