Subject: [ferrethealth] How long between surgeries? Adrenal...

Nikki Taurwas opened up yesterday, Decmeber 15th, to have the left adrenal removed,
(surprise, surprise) it's his right, vet was not comfortable with doing the right at all, she
closed him up.
So now it is suggested that I take him to XXX (a Veterinary College) early January, '06,
to have the right removed. Surgery will cost tween $600 - $800 (depending on what
happens and post operative care, as my local vet puts it).
My question is: Isn't that too soon to cut his abdomen open again?
