You can post the vet name, hospital name and contact info (address including zip code, please, phone number, etc.) as long as you do not also include info about any cases in that post.
You also may pass that info on the Pam Sessoms, FHL co-moderator and librarian at
<pjdutche@email.unc.edu> for inclusion in the vets' list.
I will post this, too, so that people are reminded how this works.
The reasons we do not have vets or hospitals named in relation to actual cases is because
1. Not having that info leaves commenting vets more free to speak frankly.
2. If there is a disagreement a good vet who merely needs to think about some new info could be embarrassed.
3. We once in the early days of the list had a list member who should have known better than to behave that way, and who was not a vet, harass a vet the person had never even met for doing what actually was exactly the right and successful thing to do. It is best to avoid such behavior.
So, yes, vet recommendations are welcome, just not in conjunction with case info. (Exceptions include things like referencing articles of vets.)
