Was this ferret ever given Lysodren? We have had one who suffered adrenal atrophy from that medication.

For Addisons Disease the approach is one of giving a combination of med. The first is usually Prednisolone though alternative steroids have been used sometimes, the second is either Fludrocort (also called Florinef) or Percorten.

Percorten is desoxycorticosterone pivalate

Fludrocort or Florinef is Fludrocortisone acetate
