Okay, I found another side note that is very hard to
read on the fax, but it looks like:
GLU 120 70-150 MG/DL
There is other info here too, but this side note
appears to have been an attached to the side of the
main sheet and is of poor image quality. I think I can
decipher more if you need it (ALB, ALP, etc.)
Sorry I missed it. It is very lightly printed.
