Subject: [ferrethealth] ferret eating bedding

We just adopted a new five month old ferret. He litteraly eats everything--his toys, beds, hammocks, anything he can get into he is eatting. We have never had this problem with any of our other ferrets and we aren't sure what to do about it. So far we have been lucky and he is passing everything that he eats. I have been given him ferret lax everyother day to help things move threw, but I am still very concerned about this behavior. Could this just be a stage that he is going through or could there be a serious problem?
