Glucose of 120 is right in the middle of the normal
range. It's a good, perfectly healthy number.
My only question would be if this was taken when the
little weasel had just eaten. If so the number would
have been elevated. While the various vets we've had
did not believe in fasting ferrets (especially those
with insulinoma) we did take away food for a couple of
hours before testing just to try to get a more
accurate picture.
As others have said, if you have doubts have the test
repeated, preferably when no food or treats have been
eaten right before.
The usual disclaimer applies: I am not a vet, but
four of my ferrets over the last eight years (out of
13) have had insulinoma.
All the best,
Caity and the fantastic four
