Over the past month? Why didn't you bring this ferret to a vet? Sounds
like an insulinomic seizure from extremely low blood sugar brought on by
insulinoma, but it could also have been severe pain or any number of other things.
In any event, this poor animal was suffering. Whenever a ferret's behavior
changes, and particularly if it's noticeably losing weight beyond a normal
seasonal change, he/she should be seen by a vet.
