I haven't. For treating respiratory allergies in
ferrets (uncommon, but it does happen) children's
Benadryl elixir is commonly used. It's safe for
ferrets and works well. Dosage depends on body
weight.

I would not attempt using any antihistamine without
discussing it with an experienced ferret vet. I
certainly wouldn't consider loratadine unless it's
been proven safe for ferrets. If you vet has some
literature to that effect please do share it with us.
