Get her to vet for observation.
We had one who we think that years ago (who did a climbing trick we had not known she could do and I didn't get all the splash back) and began projectile vomiting blood. (She also had a congenital small intestine defect.) Our little one had less, but it was not as dilute as what you used, so hopefully yours is not as caustic.
