Actually, chicken gravy is far from a natural diet for an obligate carnivore. Small whole prey and/or raw meaty bones with occasional offal is pretty close to natural.

I find that lactose free milk with raw egg yolk is easily digested and on one occasion, was life-saving. Flavia actually lived on this for 3 months before she recovered enough to eat properly.
