Hello Chris- what I have found through eprsonal
experience is - if the males are in rut adn are
neutered it makes little difference. HOWEVER if you
administer a melatonin implant at time of neuter -- it
makes ALL the difference. I have a 5 uear old neutered
male with the heft & bulk he used to have adn a full
thick coat 1 year after neuter... the only thing
different we implanted a melatonin chip at time of
neuter.
It might not make a difference.... but for him it made
ALL the difference. He was in rut so long beofre
neuter he was balding!
