Okay, how well are you controlling his conditions? It sounds like perhaps his insulinoma is not well enough controlled. When did he last have his blood sugar checked?

What is being done for his medical problems? Is he due for surgery? Is he on Lupron and melatonin? Is he on Prednisolone and diazoxide? Is he on any meds for complications?
