Sometimes, ferrets shake when they're uncomfortable,sore, or in pain. Bear (the one
recovering from kidney damage) gets the shivers (from waking up) all the time, but he
had the shakes (from discomfort) for the first week or so during his recovery. I guess I
try to tell the difference... is the ferret just waking up? Are his/her feet cold? Do they
stop shivering when they get wrapped up in something warm and cozy? It's kinda hard
to tell the difference at first. :)
