Thank you very much for the info. Can I ask what condition Chaucer was in
before he started the chemo? I ask because Ethyl has really declined--last
weekend we didn't know anything was wrong and just a few days later her
quality of life is limited at best. My main concern is that she
(likely--cytology results should be back tomorrow) has a mass in her chest
which is causing labored breathing. I believe even the few diagnostic
tests we have done-although they didn't appear to stress her too much--have
caused her condition to deteriorate even further. I just don't know if I
can, in good conscience put her through anything more at this point.
