I have been feeding her A/D, chicken baby food and some duck soup to see if possibly the problem was IBD. One day her poops look okay, the next the seedy yellow and once in a while greenish poop, or half brown half yellow.Vet has her on pediapred to possibly rule out IBD. Only been a couple of days, so the jury is still out on that one.

*This is from personal experience. My poor baby Fonzi (Now at the RB) had Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis. He died because of it. What it does is basically attack the lining of the intestines. Miami Ferret has a great article on EE.

Fonzi had mostly mucosy poops, sometimes green, sometimes brown and seedy. I only experienced yellow a couple of times, not too often.

> Now the other older girl has the horrible yellow seedy liquidy poops. He put her on antibiotics for 7 days. I have been feeding her the soup mix too because she is not eating much kibbble. She is on day 4 of the meds and I am not seeing anything good yet.

* Is she fed raw at all? It seems a bit like a contagious malady in your buisness. Things I'd check out:

-Giardia, like Sukie mentioned
-Foodborne illness of some sort
-IBD
-ECE
-Possibly ingestion of harmful substance?? Think carefully.

> I have been suspicious of the poop of one of the young boys. When they eat raw, especially something like liver, the colour reflects that, but his poop seems seedy and a lighter colour than his brother's. Now this morning his poop was quite the shade of green. I put it in a jar to take to the vet on Monday when I have my appointment for him and his brother.

*Green does mean the food is traveling too fast in the body and the body therefore is not collecting nutrients. Check for the following:

-IBD
-ECE
-Helicobactor infection, too.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help, I've had my share of poop problems. Well, my ferrets have. Not I. Hehehee...
