* Hmmm... I'd say he needs help ASAP. Someone may be able to help you more, but maybe take him to a more ferret knowledgable vet and have him given a small dose of sedative to calm him down. Has he ingested anything harmful? Check around the house.

His testicles seem enlarged also. He's been to the vet and was given a liquid anti-biotic which doesn't seem to have done much to help. I'm curious if anyone has any ideas what it might be?

*Antibiotics won't help. Is he neutered? I'd suspect adrenal disease. One of the symptoms in male ferrets affected is enlarged prostate, making urinating difficult. This should be handled very soon, and by a very knowledgable vet.
