Log onto http://www.melatek.net/pages/1/index.htm and print out the
whole site and give that to your vet. It doesn't give the price but it
has the customer service number. The minimum order is 4 implants and the
best I can tell I paid $112 for four. They are good for 4 months and
their shelf life is 2 yrs.
