Subject: [ferrethealth] RE: FERRET LICKS LIPS

They can learn to do that to get treats; it can be behavioral. Still, at times that can indicate nausea. Are any other behaviors happening which can be related to nausea or to the things that can cause it?

How old is the ferret?

Has the ferret ingested anything that can cause a partial blockage?

Is the ferret passing black or dark green tarry stools?

Is the ferret at times acting spaced out or sleeping more than usual?

How are the ferret's teeth?

More information, please.
