Casodex

When surgery is possible that is needed.

Recent carefully controlled studies show that the effect of saw
palmetto in human males is usually far less than had been thought,
and in a situation where the problem is serious, and a blocked ferret
is as serious as it gets, you want more effective things such as the
meds mentioned above.
