Subject: [ferrethealth] Vet in Lacey Washington

Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone out there was from Lacey or Olympi=
a Washington. I am going to be traveling from Sequim to Lacey for training=
for three days next week and I was hoping to take Tasha to a potential fer=
ret vet while I was there to see if anything could be done to make her more=
comfortable. I know of vets in Seattle and Lynnwood, but it will not be p=
ossible for me to travel that way while I am in Lacey. She is over 9 years=
old with adrenal problems since 5, 2 surgeries and is on Melatonin as well=
as Boswella for pain and starting to go down hill. She remains wobbly and=
has off and on again diarrhea. she still eats my ferret gruel and Turkey a=
nd drinks water but I help her by holding her in am and evening so she doe=
sn't fall over. She has started to fall over while eating and trip into h=
er bowl and makes a mess of herself. My vet is good but not a ferret speci=
alist and I was hoping for some insights and suggestions.
