Note, the Diagnostic Lab at UGA does not offer ADV testing at present. However, there is a Masters student named Kate Pennick in the Infectious Disease Lab who is handling the test, so it's best to contact her directly. (Information current as of February 8.)

UGA isn't quick, however, since they aren't doing the test as a regular diagnostic service. My vet used the Idaho lab and got a very fast turnaround on the CEP test. The main difference is that the UGA test uses PCR to check directly for viral DNA, while the CEP test checks for ADV antibodies.
