You can make chickens lay eggs continually for 18 months but after that egg
production is very poor. The other method used was 4 hours dark 8 hours
light continually to make the chicken think there was 730 days in a year.
Ferret farms tried playing with lighting to get ferrets to breed 3 or more
times a year but litter sizes were small and not viable. Chris
