I am so glad to hear that there is good news.

You may want to inspect the bowel movements to find out what might be in them. That way if there was an ingested cause of blockage you know what to watch out for with this particular ferret.

Here are two useful techniques.

1. Put the bowel movements in water and tease them apart.

or

2, Put them in a zip lock bag and holding it up to the light smoosh them till you can see or feel what is in there.

You may need for some things to do the first technique after the second to get a better view.
