Hello Becki,
Not to alarm you but the several ferrets we have had
diagnosed with thickened intestines and also having
bowel problems passed away with lymphoma of the
intestines. If this is the case (to be sure and
intestinal biopsy needs to be done) the disease can
be slowed by a prescribed administration of pedia
pred. Sorry my news does not look promising --I am
hoping you get a better anser.
