If a foreign body or other nasal obstruction is a concern, maybe the
vet can sedate him and put a really small endoscope up there and take
a look? My vet did that for one of mine once; she sees a lot of birds
and had the little tiny size equipment needed... not sure how
standard that is. But it was really helpful in my girl's case.
