Subject: [ferrethealth] IVD Cat Food

My apologies for the confusion. IVD (innovative veterinary diet) is a cat food that was prescribed by my vet for my over weight kitty. My ferret vet was of the mind that the high content of plant protien in the food was the cause of the crystals in my ferret. Other ferret vets were noticing the same coincidence in their patients (the ferret with crystals had access to IVD brand cat food) Hope that helps.
