Hi Lesley,
I have one boy who is like that. He's never shown any problems as a result of it but then you have to consider two things:
1) the chip is only from the tip and to about 2mm up one fang, a sliver shaped chip.
2) I monitor his eating and the condition of his teeth.
I think you should be OK, as long as you check those last two things regularly. By regularly, in my case I check 3 times a week when I brush teeth. Food consumption you can notice on a daily basis.

Hi again my six ferrets are very boisterious and four of them have
chipped their teeth while playing is there anything Ishould do about
their teeth or will they be ok I am asking because I don't want to see
them suffer if I can avoid it thanks Lesley
