Subject: [ferrethealth] RE: Anal Tumor
Just wanted to post an update.
Surgery revealed the anal gland was involved as was the rectum. The gland, tumor, and a portion of the rectum were removed and the rectum was reconstructed. We're waiting on pathology but according to my vet it doesn't look good.
I don't know if there's anything more that can be done. Suggestions are welcome though.
