Thanks for the information and I also thank Sukie. I dropped her a not
as well. I did want to get back to the Doctor at the emergency clinic about
his thoughts on the melatonin implants. He was thinking the redenning could
be due to the implants at the one month interval. I have not found anything
in your comments in the past that would indicate this to be true but
likewise no comments of that frequent a dosing. The ferret is on IV fluids
with potassium and dextrose and seems to be improving. The red color has
nearly gone and a new blood panel is to be done this morning. I will
attempt to get this and post it. Thanks for your continuing help to all
ferrets and owners alike
